We convert flexible packaging materials into sachets, pouches, and roll packs packaging designed to meet the specific needs of industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and household goods.

Printing

What happens:
Your custom product design or branding is printed onto flexible film using flexographic or rotogravure printing machines.
Purpose:
To create visually appealing and professional packaging that reflects your brand identity.

Laminating

What happens:
Multiple layers of film are bonded together to enhance durability, barrier properties, and shelf life. Common materials: PET, OPP, MET, Nylon, Aluminium foil with PE.
Purpose:
To protect the product from moisture, light, air, and contamination.

Slitting

What happens:
The laminated roll is cut into smaller rolls based on the desired width and packaging machine specifications.
Purpose:
To prepare the film for the next forming or sealing process, ensuring precise dimensions.

Sealing

What happens:
The slit film is converted into a final packaging shape, such as sachets, pouches, or rollpacks, using forming and sealing equipment.
Purpose:
To produce ready-to-fill or pre-filled packaging that’s customized to product needs (e.g., powder, liquid, granules).

Quality Control & Finishing

What happens:
Each batch is checked for print quality, seal strength, and alignment. Final rolls or pouches are labeled, packed, and stored for delivery.
Purpose:
To ensure high-quality, food-safe, and industry-standard packaging.

Sachet Packaging

Single-use packaging ideal for products like instant coffee, sugar, and seasoning. Compact and convenient for portion control and on-the-go use.

3 Side Seal Bag

Commonly used for powdered beverages and traditional herbal drinks. Sealed on three sides for flat, efficient packaging with easy tear-off access.

Centre Seal Bag

Typically used for frozen food and snacks. Sealed at the center back, providing a clean appearance and secure storage for various food items.

Centre Gusset Seal Bag

Often used for instant ground coffee, fertilizers, or pesticides. The side gussets allow for more volume and a more stable shape, ideal for heavier contents.

Rollpack

Supplied in roll form without being cut into individual packs. Widely used for labeling, cup lid sealing (e.g. mineral water), and packaging for instant noodles, especially for customers with in-house form-fill-seal (FFS) machinery.
